Day 31 – Sunday 31st January
I recently invested in Merlin Passes so today we popped to Hunstanton Sea Life Centre to collect them. Had a wander around. They have had a refurb since we last went due to floods. Was cold and rainy so didn’t hang around too long at the beach. And then our car got stuck in the mud in the carpark so had to ask for help from passerby’s to get it out. 20 minutes later we were still stuck and on the verge of giving up! But one final push seemed to do the trick!
Day 32 – Monday 1st February
Took my car to Ford to get Isofix fitted. Really annoyed that my car is only 5 years old and has no isofix. Wanted to get isofix as Bee is moving up to the next stage and without Isofix I would have had to make sure it was belted in when Bee wasn’t in it. Did a bit of car shopping but hubby isn’t agreeing to a new one just yet!
Day 33 – Tuesday 2nd February
Treated myself to a hair cut and colour. Hairdresser offered me a mango herbal tea! Was OK…better than green tea.
Day 34 – Wednesday 3rd February
Munchkin woke up cryinf that her throat really hurt (she’s been coughing for about a week). As she had a temperature aswell kept her home. Bee tried to avoid going nursery by saying that she too was hurting! Quiet day at home so did a bit of blogging and finally wrote up my review for Rainbow Readiness.
Day 35 – Thursday 4th February
Munhckin still no better so ended up missing my pilates class. Another quiet day at home. So a picture of Rosie. She had made herself comfortable on my coat and wasn’t best pleased when I had to move it to go do the nursery run!
Day 36 – Friday 5th February
Munchkin still coughing away and seemed pointless sending her to school for one day so kept her home to let her rest. So another uneventful day and another picture of Rosie!
Day 37 – Saturday 6th February
You know Munchkin is much better when the girls start arguing again! Been sent a weekend box to review so spent some time on the activities in the box. Bee made a parrot mask (with a lot of help of course!)
So sorry your little one is sick. A few of mine have been coughing and coughing the last few days. No fun for anyone 🙁

Shame about Munchkin being ill for most of the week and then you missing out on your pilates. Still, good that you caught up on some blogging (I am so behind!). That must have been awful being stuck in the mud for so long! x
Sadly this time of year sees to many children with coughs and colds and it is horrible when it is yours.
Glad you got your car out of the mud.
I need to treat myself to a hair cut.
We had a week of illness last week too, with a temp and cough so sounds like the same thing. Hate seeing them ill.

glad Munchkin is feeling better, whoops about getting the car stuck in the mud. When i had my first baby in 1992 there were no such things as ISOfix, in fact I had to buy and have fitted seat belts for the back of the vehicle as they didn’t come as standard back then
At some stage I loved green tea. Can’t get why nowadays!
I wonder how tasty is mango herbal tea…Should try.
Love the parrot mask. Really nice.
Have a good week Foz. xoxo
