I try to keep politics etc off my blog, as mine is mainly a parenting blog.
But every now and then I just can’t keep quiet.
And I want my voice to be heard.
I want ALL our voices to be heard.
The TRUTH needs to be told.
Last year I joined in with a blog hop for Gaza, and this year I have started a new one. Please do share your posts and join in. The more we shout about it the more people will realise what is happening.
I am ashamed to admit I didn’t really understand what was happening until last year. And this year has really opened my eyes as I have been researching into it myself.
I have seen images of children with body parts blasted off, parents holding headless children, parents anguish at losing children they have waited years to conceive. Heard of hospitals being told to evacuate because they are about to be bombed.
WHERE are they meant to go?
How are the frail and disabled meant to evacuate. Isn’t it wrong to bomb a hospital?!
But everything seems to be justified by saying ‘well at least we are warning them…no one else does that’.
For those that do not understand what is happening this is a short introduction.

So what can you do to help?
- Join in with this blog hop to raise awareness
- Raise money for Palestine
- Donate to reputable charities
- Buy products that are raising funds for Palestine
- Boycott Israeli goods
- Attend peaceful demonstrations
Well said Foz. We should never allow this to happen.
Wars exist. But killing innocent human beings is not allowed, bombing kids should not be tolerated.
We should raise our voices, send our prayers and say NO to this, today, tomorrow, forever.
