Since buying our own home I have been trying to make an effort with our garden. If you are a regular reader you know I love planting flowers and have managed to grow some beautiful ones. My ultimate favourite are the lilies.
Since joining a gardening forum, MuslimGrower, I ventured out into the world of vegetables. And was quite successful with a chilli plant too! Although vegetables are normally grown indoors due to the rabbit destroying them and now the cat digging in freshly turned soil!
I usually buy plants from an online site, Jersey Plants Direct….but one thing they don’t do is furniture.
My garden is a decent size; we have a swing, slide, small trampoline, shed, and a rabbit hutch in it. But I do dream of having a bigger garden which I can section out. I would love to have a raised area at the back of our garden, (which is the coolest part in summer), where we could put some furniture in and relax in. At the moment we just have a basic table and chairs. Looking online, there is so much stunning furniture available including garden furniture that I am becoming impatient to move to a bigger house with a bigger garden!
The items I would absolutely love to have would be:
- A swing seat
- Sunlounger
- A stylish bench
- A fixed gazebo at the back of the garden
- And a greenhouse of course to satisfy my love of growing vegetables.
And ultimate luxury would have to be this day bed!
Now cant you just imagine yourself relaxing on that on a beautiful summers day!?
This is a sponsored post. However all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Lovely!

Aww in sha Allah you will get a balcony/garden soon!
Salaam alaikum. We picked up a swing seat of eBay a few years back, which served us well. Not a fancy teak one, just tubular steel. It has seen better days now, but it was inexpensive. The rest of our garden furniture are mostly hand-downs from relatives. Freecycle is another good place to look. No need to spend a fortune.
True…this day bed is the luxury one and does cost a fortune, couldn’t afford it even I wanted to!

Like you, I definitely have dream garden furniture as well! My favorite thing of all time is to take naps outside in the sunshine, so for this reason, I absolutely love your outdoor day bed you have posted. And I think a swing seat would be number two on my list. Thanks for sharing your dreams. I know that with persistence, our dreams will come true one day!
